PAMAGIN GOLD A ORAL SUSPENSION is used in pediatric patients to reduce inflammation and provide relief from pain from conditions such as mild migraine, headaches, dental pain, muscle pain, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. It is also used by pediatric patients to manage fever.

PAMAGIN GOLD A ORAL SUSPENSION is a combination of Aceclofenac and Paracetamol, which belongs to the group of medicines called Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs that work by blocking the action of prostaglandin (chemical messengers responsible for pain, fever, and inflammation), thus reducing fever and providing relief from fever in affected children.

PAMAGIN GOLD A ORAL SUSPENSION is not recommended for use in children allergic to aceclofenac and paracetamol. It is also not recommended for use in children with lung problems (such as asthma), heart problems, kidney problems, and/or liver problems.

PAMAGIN GOLD A ORAL SUSPENSION is not recommended for use in pregnant and breastfeeding women since it is used only in children and adolescents (aged below 18 years). It is also not recommended for use with elderly patients.
