Gelusil MPS Syrup 200ml

Gelusil MPS Syrup is used to relieve symptoms of hyperacidity such as heart burn, epigastric discomfort, that are usually associated with indigestion, peptic ulcer, gastritis, peptic esophagitis (inflammation and swelling of the oesophagus), and hiatus hernia (part of the stomach moves up into the chest). It is also used to relieve flatulence (gas).
